As a "DF" student you will receive direct access to ME (not some hired hand) to help you learn the system, answer your questions and even work on one of your buy/sells. You will have my E-Mail, Fax and direct phone number to post your questions as you learn or become involved with a probate purchase. For those in a purchase and have an 11th hour problem or question come up, you can call me direct once you're a "DF" student. You will deal with me only, not some paid consultant who really doesn't have any experience in the Probate arena.
In the early days I charged a min $100 per hour for this service but have decided to include this FREE to my "DF" students. Another service to separate me more from the others who market everything under the sun and have phone people answer the phones.,/p>
I do ask all students to post their Probate questions on the bulletin board room so all students can learn. If you read all the questions and my answers posted there since 2000, you will find most of your questions already asked and answered. For those in a purchase or sale and a question comes up you wish to keep private, you can call me direct. This is all included in your "DF" system.
I give you everything you need for success with "DF". The only missing ingredient will be YOU! Do you have the basic Real Estate skills (contracts, escrow, finance, appraisal) needed or willing to partner up until you do? Do you have what it takes to stick with it until you do a probate buy/sell? Are you just looking for a quick get rich scheme? Make sure you know the answer before you order my course.
"DF" is the real deal from a guy (Me) who since 1987 has made most of his living buying and selling and listing Probate Real Estate. I don't offer foreclosure, options, REO's, tax default sales, paper or anything else but probates. This is what separates me from all the other marketing guys.
